Technical Program Product Manager III

Our client, a manufacturing operations leader, is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Product Manager, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Program Product Manager III

Location: Wilmington, MA

Pay Range: $70/hr to $72/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Lead the migration of existing spreadsheet-based tracking systems into structured project management tools like Jira.
• Connect program data across various tools to create a single-source-of-truth system for tracking progress, risks, and material readiness.
• Create and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into program status and key milestones for leadership and engineering teams.
• Draft and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, build procedures, and lessons-learned reports under engineering leadership guidance.
• Engage directly with engineers and operators on the manufacturing floor to identify blockers and facilitate resolution in person.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical program management or project coordination role within hardware, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Proficiency in Jira, including project configuration, workflow design, dashboards, and JQL.
• Experience migrating unstructured or spreadsheet-based tracking into structured project management tools.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating clear, concise documentation for technical and executive audiences.
