REQUIREMENTS

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, speedy service , and quality products
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and food safety standards
• Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
• Works well in a team environment
• Must have your own transportation, and a Driver's License is a plus.
• Prepare food and beverages as well as assemble and package orders
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
