• Create, update, and maintain visually appealing email templates aligned with brand standards.
• Manage email lists, audience segmentation, and customer targeting to deliver relevant, personalized campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Develop and execute long-term email marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, repeat purchases, and overall e-commerce performance.
• Test and optimize email content, creative assets, offers, and campaign strategies to improve results.
• Create and edit marketing graphics for email campaigns and other digital channels.
• Use Adobe Photoshop and AI-powered creative tools to crop, resize, compress, and optimize images and graphics for digital use.
• Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality.
