Registered Nurse (RN), Home Health (Clearfield Area)

$20,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus available for Qualified Candidates AS THE REGISTERED NURSE (RN), you will be under the supervision of the Home Health Supervisor and the Home Health Registered Nurse, utilizing the nursing process of ongoing assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. You are responsible for identifying patient/family needs and providing quality care and services in accordance with the attending physician’s orders, plan of care, and agency policies and procedures. You will perform patient care on an intermittent basis in the patient’s place of residence, closely coordinating with other disciplines and caregivers involved in the patient’s care.
