As a Physical Therapist at one of our Skilled Nursing Units, you will provide specialized, patient-centered rehabilitation care for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work collaboratively with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans that restore function, mobility, and independence. We offer a range of rehabilitative services, including post-acute care, neurological therapy, and specialty programs tailored to each patients unique needs. With a focus on compassionate, high-quality care, our Skilled Nursing Units help patients achieve their best outcomes in a supportive and healing environment.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for examining, evaluating and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions in order to determine a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of treatment intervention, and assess the ongoing effects of intervention. The PT is also responsible for alleviating impairments, functional limitations and disabilities by designing, implementing and modifying treatment interventions. Additional responsibilities include reducing the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation and disability, as well as, the promotion and maintenance of fitness, health and wellness in populations of all ages. The PT is engaged in administration, consultation, education and research. The PT is expected to conduct themselves in an effective professional behavior manner. Beyond core therapy services, we offer a variety of specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation.
