Infertility Physician – Independent Practice Physician (Ownership Model, Not Employed) MedCBO, Inc. offers an opportunity for infertility physicians to own and operate an independent practice while receiving comprehensive non‑clinical support from our Business‑in‑a‑Box platform. This role is not an employment arrangement; physicians retain full ownership and clinical autonomy. Opportunity Start a new private practice Transition from employment to ownership Convert an existing practice to a supported model Relocate and establish a practice in a new market Physician Responsibilities Provide infertility care within the physician’s specialty scope Develop professional relationships within the medical community Coordinate payer credentialing and clinical quality initiatives Determine clinical services offered and manage patient experience Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows and staffing systems Technology platform implementation and support Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty aligned with the clinical services provided Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice Interest in the independent practice model Preferred Desire for practice ownership Community‑based care interest Leadership or program development interest Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is generated by the physician‑owned practice and is not a salary.
