Private Equity Expert for AI Training

Apply private equity expertise to help improve how AI systems reason through real-world investment decisions, financial analysis, and deal workflows. This remote independent contractor role focuses on providing high-quality domain input, reviewing model outputs, and shaping practical training content. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert insight on private equity deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, deal structuring, valuation, and exit strategies.
• Review and analyze case studies, investment memoranda, and financial models to strengthen AI understanding of private equity workflows.
• Create and refine scenario-based content reflecting real private equity challenges and decision-making.
• Evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, commercial awareness, and industry relevance.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to establish standards for interpreting complex financial documents.
• Identify gaps in AI understanding and recommend solutions informed by current industry knowledge.
• Contribute private equity expertise to robust AI training datasets.

• Extensive hands-on experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, investment memo analysis, portfolio management, deal structuring, and exit strategies.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence interpreting complex financial data and documents.
• Clear, detail-oriented written and verbal communication skills.
• A demonstrated record of thought leadership or recognized expertise in private equity.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, self-directed environment with close attention to accuracy and high standards.

• MBA, CFA, or a comparable advanced degree or certification.
• Experience mentoring or training junior private equity or finance professionals.
• Exposure to technology-driven solutions in the financial sector.
