Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Overview As a BCBA at Westside, you’ll help cultivate a space where children and team members feel supported and empowered. You’ll deliver exceptional ABA services, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care. Responsibilities Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision Complete and submit required documentation, including evaluations and progress reports in accordance with practice guidelines Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care Maintain a targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois Experience working in a clinic setting What We Offer Salary Range: $80,000–$106,000, aligned with skills and experience Up to $12,000 Annual Bonus 401(k) with Company Match Employee Assistance Program Paid Vacation, Sick Days & Holidays CEU & Professional Development Reimbursement Career Development & Leadership Tracks Comprehensive Benefits, including Medical, Dental, & Vision Fun, Collaborative Culture: team events, celebrations, and supportive leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Westside Children's Therapy
