Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited program of Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Outpatient and hand-based therapy experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients referred for occupational therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and measurable goals in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Reassess and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes timely to support compliance with insurance and review processes.
• Utilize appropriate occupational therapy techniques and modalities based on patient diagnoses.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and ancillary departments.
