Pike Mfg. Corp is seeking motivated and dependable Manufacturing Team Members to support our fabrication and production operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with metal, machinery, and tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a direct role in transforming raw materials into finished, high-quality products. Candidates with prior manufacturing or fabrication experience are encouraged to apply, though on-the-job training is available for individuals eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laser cutting machines to produce precision-cut components.
• Set up and operate press brakes to bend and form metal parts to specification.
• Operate saws and cutting equipment to prepare raw materials for fabrication.
• Assist with the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of metal components.
• Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing tasks to ensure product quality and safety.
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including packaging, staging, and inventory handling.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, or other material-handling equipment when trained and qualified.
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure parts meet drawings and specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.

Required Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery.
• Ability to learn and operate fabrication equipment such as laser cutters, press brakes, and saws.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, drawings, and verbal direction.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required Knowledge

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and metal fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and shop practices.
• Knowledge of material handling procedures and equipment is beneficial.
• General awareness of quality standards and inspection methods in a manufacturing setting.
