Job Title: Administrative / Clerical Assistant (Entry-Level)

Pay Rate: $17–$18/hr

Duration: 6–9 month contract (potential for extension)

Schedule: Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)

Position Overview:

This is an entry-level opportunity supporting general administrative and clerical functions in a professional office environment. The role is well-suited for individuals looking to transition into a corporate setting, including those with backgrounds in retail, food service, or other customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Perform data entry and maintain basic records
• Handle incoming mail, filing, and document organization
• Assist with day-to-day office tasks and coordination
• Support team members with various administrative needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor with a willingness to learn and take direction
• Stable work history preferred

Preferred Background:

• Experience in customer service, retail, food service, or similar environments
• Exposure to administrative or receptionist duties is a plus, but not required

• Customer Service
