GI Referral Specialist: Streamline Patient Care
Lifespan
Lifespan is seeking a Referral Specialist to efficiently coordinate patient referrals and ensure effective communication throughout the care process. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, follow-up on referrals, and maintain knowledge of insurance authorization requirements. A high school diploma and two years of clinical referral experience are required. This position emphasizes strong customer service and organizational skills. The role is based in Providence, Rhode Island, with a work schedule of M-F from 8 AM to 5 PM.
