Bilingual Spanish Teller Lead

Position Overview As a full‑time Teller Lead within PNC's West Phoenix Region Branch Banking organization, I will be based in Phoenix, AZ at the Metrocenter Branch (2810 W Peoria Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85029). I will coach, mentor and lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience that improves customer financial wellbeing and fosters loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Key Responsibilities Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing. Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes appropriate referrals to branch staff. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Uses clear communication skills, transaction handling and problem resolution processes. Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately while adhering to all policies and procedures.
