As a Senior Data Engineer, you will share ownership of Redfin’s Analytics Data Warehouse which is needed for business critical data integrations and operational excellence. You will work closely with Analytics and Engineering teams to support, enhance and grow our Data Warehouse. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about data warehousing and implementing new data sources to help drive the success of the business. You should also be driven to continuously innovate and improve the infrastructure that you own all while being self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple systems and teams. About the RoleYou will design data warehouse solutions using dimensional methodologies to support ETL processes and data analytics applicationsYou will develop, implement and tune ETL processesYou will write and tune SQL including database queries, DDL and DMLYou will design and implement a new business critical data lakeYou will create code that meets design specifications, follows standards, and is easy to maintainYou will own features that you develop end to end. The compensation for this position is $153,500.00-$207,700.00.
