I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent eight years as a State Farm team member, always knowing that owning my own agency was the goal. That experience gave me a strong foundation in customer service and teamwork. Our agency enjoys supporting the local community, including sponsoring area high schools and building relationships with the families we serve. Our agency offers health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As a Customer Service Representative with Jamie Mcbeth - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
