We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient orthopedic team. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and mentorship opportunities are available to support a successful transition into practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Connecticut or eligibility for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
