ABA Supervisor - BCBA

Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote Location: Glendale and surrounding areas (Hybrid option available) At Cortica, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength‑based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. BCBAs lead a transdisciplinary team and create a supportive environment where clinicians thrive, grow, and make a long‑term impact for families. In this role you will oversee neurodiversity‑affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment, lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), and empower them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide BTs in the delivery of ABA services. Maintain and monitor caseload to achieve an average of 26 billable hours per week (reduced targets for shorter weeks). Participate in dual bonus programs: Productivity Bonus and ABA Caseload Bonus, earning up to 10% of monthly salary. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members. Provide clinical oversight, data collection, and evidence‑based behavior assessment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Engage in continuous professional development and apply best practices in ABA. Qualifications & Requirements Master’s degree in human services or a related field. Current Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Ability to provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs (if required). Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report review. Benefits and Compensation Earning Potential: $95,772 – $120,545 plus up to an additional 10% of monthly salary from a second bonus.
