Telemetry/Monitor Technician
Join Ottumwa Regional Health Center as a Telemetry/Monitor Technician. This full-time, night position involves a 3x12 schedule, rotating weekends. As part of Lifepoint Health, you'll contribute to a mission of making communities healthier.
Your role will involve utilizing telemetry monitoring equipment to observe several patients' heart rhythms, responding to alarms, identifying changes, and reporting to the nursing staff. You'll also obtain measurements from telemetry strips and report abnormalities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an orientation, and telemetry interpretation competency. Prior experience as a Monitor Tech or in healthcare is preferred. Preferred certifications include CNA, EMT-B, CRRT, Unit Secretary, LPN, or RN.
