Responsibilities Include Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs Providing engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals Closely monitoring student progress and maintaining precise documentation Collaborating seamlessly within a diverse, multidisciplinary team to optimize student outcomes Actively involving and educating families throughout the therapy process Ideal Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues Active license issued by the appropriate State Board of Speech-Language Pathology Commitment to ongoing professional development Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53.
