Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients’ mental health needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions using solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address addiction-related behaviors and mental health concerns.
- Engage in continuous professional development through regular peer reviews and consultations aimed at enhancing therapeutic practices and patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options to foster understanding and empower informed decision-making.
- Utilize current research and best practices to stay updated in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.
Patient Population / Client Focus
In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who are seeking assistance in overcoming substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues. Our patient population includes diverse backgrounds, ages, and experiences, and your approach to care will need to be both compassionate and tailored to their unique circumstances. You will play a critical role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journeys, assisting them in overcoming barriers to wellness.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Social Work and an active LICSW license in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, with an emphasis on addiction treatment preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused therapeutic modalities and other evidence-based practices.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, additional certifications or training in substance use disorders or trauma-informed care will enhance your candidacy. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms is also beneficial, as our practice utilizes these tools to improve patient engagement and care delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to this attractive salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
