Pay Range: $34.21 - $51.31

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our team! Responsible for the simulation and administration of radiation therapy by using a CT scanner and linear accelerator while following the prescription of a radiation oncologist.

Position Specifics:

• Department: Rad Oncology
• Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
• Schedule: PRN
• Facility: St. Francis Hospital
• Clinic Location: Litchfield, IL
• Compensation that aligns with experience

Education Qualifications:

• Associates in Radiation Therapy or graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Radiation Therapy is preferred.
• Associates Degree required for those graduating from Radiation Therapy program after 12/31/14.

Experience Qualifications:

• One year experience in Radiation Therapy is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

• IEMA-Radiation Therapy (Illinois Emergency Management Association) is required in Illinois.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30 days of hire.
• ARRT registered in radiation therapy or successful completion of a Radiation Therapy program and eligible to take the certification exam in Radiation Therapy as defined by the American Registration of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). Colleague must complete and pass a certification and registration exam in accordance with the eligibility requirements of ARRT within one year of hire.
