Outpatient/School Based Therapist

Family Service Rochester is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to improving the well-being of children, adolescents, adults and families through accessible, compassionate and community-centered services. We are seeking a School Based and Outpatient Therapist to join our collaborative team and provide mental health services across school and outpatient settings. As a therapist at FSR, you can expect to work as part of a team with a high level of support and consultation. Therapists at FSR are provided with numerous opportunities for professional growth as well as specialized training in evidenced based practices. Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice and experience working across the lifespan with diverse populations. You must have an enthusiastic desire to work with children and families. Training in DC 0-5 Assessments and family systems work is desired. Applicants must have completed or are on track for LICSW, LPCC or LMFT licensure in the State of Minnesota. FSR provides licensure supervision for our therapists at no additional cost.
