Technical Support Specialist

Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with technical inquiries troubleshoot common issues and support daily technical service operations.
This hybrid role is suited for someone who enjoys solving problems working with technology and helping customers resolve technical challenges in a professional business environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to technical support inquiries through phone email and chat
Troubleshoot common software account and connectivity issues
Assist customers with product setup configuration and basic technical questions
Identify technical problems and provide appropriate solutions
Document support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems
Escalate complex technical issues to specialized support teams
Monitor outstanding support tickets and provide timely follow-up
Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to improve technical support processes
Maintain accurate records of technical issues and customer interactions
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Comfortable working with computers software and digital tools
Basic understanding of common technical issues and troubleshooting methods
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to explain technical information clearly to nontechnical users
Previous experience in technical support customer service IT support or related fields is preferred
