Do you have a background in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, dance, ninja, or youth sports? We'd especially love to meet you!

Don't have a gymnastics background? That's okay too! If you're energetic, outgoing, great with kids, and comfortable talking with families , we want to meet you.

* What You'll Do

• Lead fun, high-energy classes for kids ages 4 months-12 years
• Help kids build confidence and learn new skills
• Create an amazing experience for children and families
• Build relationships with parents and members
• Help with camps, parties & special events
• Be active, have fun, and make a difference every day!

We'd Love to Meet You If You:

• Have experience in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, dance, ninja, or youth sports *
• Love working with kids
• Are outgoing, energetic, and dependable
• Feel comfortable talking with parents and families
• Have great customer service skills
• Are coachable and eager to learn

Availability

We're looking for consistent availability for:

• Weekday afternoons & evenings
• Weekends
• Wednesdays, 3:45-5:00 PM for our weekly team meeting
• Year-round availability preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Programs offer children a Springboard to Life's Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents' Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
