Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.70 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarm notifications, and surveillance systems as assigned, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while providing professional communication in person, by phone, and through electronic systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
