A successful candidate will have patience, a playful attitude, and a passion for children in general—previous experience working with special education students teaching them valuable life skills is desired but not required. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with our faculty and staff to improve student behavior and make general improvements for the well-being of the clients. You will be providing 1:1 ABA therapy for a child. Responsibilities Communicate with autism caregivers and teachers. Interact with patients and keep them safe. Plan and implement treatments. Document patient behavior. Organize schedules. Work with multiple staff members. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years old Pass a background check Have a High School diploma or GED We will provide training, you do not need to be an RBT to apply.
