Showroom Host/Receptionist - Belfast Toyota Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Hours: 19 hours per week: Thursday + Friday 8:30‑5 pm, Saturday 9‑3 pm. Pay: £12.71 per hour. Role Overview We have an opportunity for a warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Host. The Showroom Host is the first point of contact for customers and plays a crucial role in delivering a world‑class experience. Responsibilities include: Providing a welcoming and professional greeting to all visitors. Maintaining showroom cleanliness and organization. Assisting customers with enquiries and providing product information. Demonstrating confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. Handling a variety of responsibilities with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Qualifications Prior experience in a customer‑facing role such as reception, host, or retail preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Warm, empathetic, friendly, and approachable manner. Professional presentation and the ability to blend confidence with friendliness. Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
