Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama (permanent license required; compact license alone is not sufficient)
• Prior experience in an outpatient or similar physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with outpatient therapy workflows and electronic documentation systems
