Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our dynamic team in Spring Lake, MI. If you have a passion for metalwork and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality metal components and structures, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate welding equipment for production runs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Perform MIG welding to fabricate metal components.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong focus on production setups.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Expertise in MIG welding techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus

We also offer a 2nd shift welding position with a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts) , providing additional flexibility for your schedule.
Offer: Hourly rate plus a 20% shift premium.
