You May Fit In Here If You...

Take pride in your work.

Enjoy troubleshooting.

Like talking with homeowners.

Want to earn more as you become more valuable.

Want to learn sales, service, and leadership — not just electrical work.

And when things get slow, you're willing to help create business instead of waiting for someone else to do it.

We're looking for builders.

• Residential electrical service and troubleshooting
• Repairs and upgrades
• Panels, lighting, devices, and generators
• Landscape lighting troubleshooting and upgrades
• Helping customers understand their options
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience

You'll also help us grow through referrals, reviews, customer follow-up, local marketing, and other business-building activities.

• Base pay typically $30–$40+/hr , depending on license, experience and ability
• Performance incentives
• Medical, dental and vision insurance
• Life insurance
• 401(k)
• PTO
• Paid holidays
• Fully stocked take-home truck
• Company-supported tools and equipment
• Structured ongoing training
• Sales and leadership development
• Real advancement opportunities

Our Values

Be a Light — Help people. Bring energy. Make the team better.

Own It — Take responsibility. Solve problems. Do what you say you'll do.

Think Bigger — Keep learning. Keep improving. Never settle.

Learn. Serve. Earn. Grow.
