• · Patient Ratios : L&D 1-2:1, PP 3:1 Gyn/Pedi 3-4:1
• · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Nurses and UC, Manager & Director
• · Type of equipment : EFM, beds, pumps, etc
• · Documentation system: Meditech Expanse and CPN Connect
• · Scheduling requirements: 3- 12hr shifts
• · Floating policy: Float to other units as helping hands, sitter or virtual
• · Patient Experience requirements:
• Hospital Specifics-
• · Certifications: NRP, C-EFM, BLS
• Hiring profile
• Requested Skill Set: LDRP Nursery/NICU a plus
• Must have : L&D experience and PP
• Advanced skills needed:
• Procedures performed on unit: Versions, Circumcisions, C-sections,
• Certifications Required: NRP, C-EFM, BLS Optional: STABLE and PALS
• Dress Code : (Required uniform)
