Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional dining experience
• Take and deliver orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service area
• Monitor tables and ensure timely service throughout each shift
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to fulfill guest needs
• Handle payments and maintain proper cash or order processing procedures
• Provide exceptional customer support, resolving guest concerns promptly
• Uphold company service standards and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
