WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, develop and manage Quality and Inspection teams, 3 to 5 people
- Set quality goals, KPIs and department priorities
- Manage and improve the ISO 9001 QMS
- Lead internal, customer and certification audits
- Manage nonconformances and corrective actions
- Lead root-cause investigations
- Oversee receiving, first article, in-process and final inspection
- Ensure products meet drawings, specifications and customer requirements
- Partner with Production and Engineering to prevent defects
- Reduce rework, scrap and recurring quality issues
- Oversee inspection equipment, gauges and calibration
- Support new product introduction and manufacturing improvements
- Address supplier quality issues
- Support customer quality concerns
- Train and develop Quality personnel
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Quality Management or Quality Leadership experience in manufacturing
- QMS experience
- ISO 9001 knowledge
- Audit and corrective-action experience
- Root-cause analysis/problem-solving skills
- Engineering drawing and GD&T experience
- Experience leading and developing Quality personnel
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Founded in 2004, Apparent Technologies provides precision machining, engineering, design, orbital welding and high-purity manufacturing services to the semiconductor industry.
The company specializes in Hastelloy HC22, stainless steel fabrication and complex UHP gas delivery systems and operates an ISO 9001-certified facility with a Class 100 Cleanroom.
