Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: Friday, Saturday, and one variable weekday

Key Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current experience in a level IV or surgical NICU setting
• Proficiency and confidence managing complex diagnoses such as CDH (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia), MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and peri-operative care
• PALS certification required; NRP strongly preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and infection control, including compliance with non-nicotine and flu vaccine mandates (no exemptions permitted)
• Ability to adapt to diverse workplace cultures and practices

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill neonates and infants requiring intensive monitoring, intervention, and surgery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and respiratory therapists, on individualized care plans
• Accurately assess, implement, and document all aspects of patient care
• Support families through education and clear communication
