Demonstrate deep product knowledge, particularly around vehicle features. Showcase vehicle operations in the showroom and during test drives. Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process, explaining operating features, warranties, and paperwork to customers. Maintain an effective owner follow-up system to foster repeat and referral business, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Implement a prospecting system, contacting potential customers via calls and emails to schedule appointments and close deals. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required. Sales background preferred. Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
