Site Manager - Green Clean Express Auto Wash

Location & Salary Location: 4769 Shore Dr, Virginia Beach, Virginia, 23455 Base Salary: $65,000 per year About the Role As a Site Manager at Green Clean Express Auto Wash, you will create and maintain a customer service culture, serve as the main point of contact for all customer service issues, manage sales goals, educate customers about our Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and maintain the appearance and performance of the site. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Create and maintain a customer service culture. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer service issues. Maintain sales goals and educate on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club. Maintain the appearance and performance of the site. Motivate employees and carry out site goals. Set, monitor, and achieve goals related to sales, customer satisfaction, and employee retention. Ensure equipment, facilities, and staffing are maintained at highest quality. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of wash equipment and wash process. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members. Manage site scheduling and labor budgets. Conduct regular team performance reviews. Oversee inventory management and place orders. Directly oversee and manage all employees at the site. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer‑facing or operational role. At least 2 years of customer service experience with proven de‑escalation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication and leadership abilities focused on motivating teams. Must be able to close the site one night per week. Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.). Work Environment & Physical Demands Must stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift. Must work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast‑paced environment. Must work outside in all weather conditions. Must wear required safety equipment at all times. Must lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
