Role: Medical Lead Veterinarian at a full-service veterinary clinic. Responsibilities Oversee clinical protocols and ensure high-quality patient care. Mentor veterinary staff to maintain medical standards. Manage complex medical, surgical, and dental cases. Collaborate with a compassionate, client-focused team to support wellness, diagnostics, and treatment plans. Contribute to shaping medical excellence within a community-oriented practice. Qualifications & Skills Veterinary degree and licensed to practice. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. Experience with a variety of medical, surgical, and dental procedures.
