Production Press Operator

Location: Shawnee, KS
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Press Operator for a growing manufacturing company in Shawnee, KS. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. No prior press operator experience is required—paid training begins on day one.

Responsibilities:

Operate die-cutting presses safely and efficiently
Perform visual inspections throughout the production process
Follow work orders, production specifications, and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory counts as needed
Identify and communicate quality concerns
Support continuous improvement efforts
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong attention to detail
Basic math skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
