What You'll Do
- Provide holistic nursing care to diverse patient populations in the Interventional Radiology unit
- Perform assessments, nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver effective patient care
- Delegate activities to other healthcare providers as appropriate
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards and protocols
- Educate patients and families on procedures and post-care instructions
- Participate actively in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Minnesota RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in IR or similar clinical setting preferred
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience with diverse age groups and complex patient needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
