Fine Jewelry Sales Associate

I’m hiring someone to join my team at Spectra Fine Jewelry in the Diamond District. This is a full‑time role for someone polished, sharp, reliable, comfortable around high‑end jewelry and private clients. The job is a mix of showroom sales, client follow‑up, inventory, admin/computer work, and on‑camera jewelry modeling/content. While it includes social media duties, the right person needs to learn the product, understand inventory, help with clients, assist with DMs/texts/emails, and grow into the sales side of the business. A large part of the role will involve being on camera and helping present jewelry for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, client videos, and other content. You should be comfortable as an on‑camera jewelry model/presenter and able to model pieces well: rings, bracelets, watches, necklaces and other fine jewelry. We sell expensive jewelry, so there is real upside here. This is base salary plus commission, and for someone talented, motivated, and good with clients, commissions can become a very meaningful part of compensation. Responsibilities Showroom jewelry sales and working with clientele Responding to client DMs, texts, emails, and follow‑ups Turning social media interest into actual sales Learning our inventory and helping keep it organized Basic computer/admin work: notes, descriptions, spreadsheets, emails, and simple systems Assisting with product photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and TikTok‑style content On‑camera jewelry and product modeling/presenting Assisting at trade shows and business events when needed Occasional business travel for trade shows, client meetings, sourcing, and company needs Jumping in wherever needed day to day Qualifications Polished, camera‑ready presentation Strong personal style and good taste Comfortable showing your face on camera Comfortable modeling jewelry up close, especially rings, bracelets, watches, and necklaces Well‑groomed hands and a clean, elegant presentation for close‑up jewelry content Smart, organized, and able to learn quickly Comfortable with basic computer work Reliable, discreet, and professional Interest in sales and motivated by commission upside Flexible and willing to help with different parts of the business Able to travel occasionally for business when needed Foreign languages are a plus, but not required Requirements Full‑time In‑person in NYC Comfortable working with clients and high‑value jewelry Basic computer skills Willing to learn inventory, product knowledge, sales, and client follow‑up Comfortable with occasional business travel, trade shows, and events How to Apply To apply, please send: A resume or short background Any languages spoken If you’re polished, sharp, comfortable on camera, and want to learn the luxury jewelry business from the inside, I’d like to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
