Residential Manager

Pay Range: $60,403.20 annually Hours: Flexible 40-Hour schedule that includes one weekend day as part of the weekly schedule. Locations: Essex County, NY (Residential Manager positions). Responsibilities Actively participates in development of person-centered supports and services for all. Provides support and oversight to DSPs regarding individual goal progress and safety plans and ensures their implementation. Reviews daily program and billing documentation. Performs annual staff evaluations to ensure DSP training requirements are met. Provides coaching, training, development, and feedback to the Direct Support Professionals under their supervision. Assists with management duties and tasks throughout the region in the absence of other Managers at their assigned locations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Service Field. At least 2 years of experience working in a Human Service field delivering services. Or, High School Diploma with 5 years of experience working in a Human Service field delivering services may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year supervisory experience required.
