- $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress using evidence-based practices.
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Modify treatment plans based on client progress and clinical data.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Address client and staff concerns professionally while promoting a positive team environment.
- Stay current with ABA best practices through ongoing professional development.
- Perform additional clinical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience providing ABA services to pediatric clients preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for improving outcomes for children and their families through evidence-based care.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
