We are seeking a dedicated Part-time (3 days a week) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Somerville, MA . The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high‑quality therapy services to students, supporting their functional, academic, and social development.
Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans designed by supervising Occupational Therapist.
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
Document progress and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
Assist in adapting classroom activities and environments to meet student needs.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Current Massachusetts COTA license .
Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
