POSITION SUMMARY

The Coordinator, Engagement is responsible for executing the Chamber's established customer engagement and retention strategy for all assigned accounts, communicating the Chamber's value proposition to all customers, and providing exceptional customer service. As a customer liaison, this position will be responsible for managing the membership roster, ensuring Chamber communications are reaching the customer based on their interests and updating all records in CRM management system. The Coordinator, Engagement will work closely with the Director, Engagement Operations in identifying members whose information is not current, updating internal database with any changes, assisting with annual account verification as well as tracking all activities.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE COORDINATOR, ENGAGEMENT .

• 1-3 years' experience working in a business environment
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
• The ability to effectively organize and establish priorities
• Build relationships and have a high level of customer service
• Experience in client relationship building a plus

Can you work autonomously while managing several projects? Do you have strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills?

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time and typically works Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM . There are opportunities to work from home. Must have flexibility to attend early morning and later evening meeting and events.
