Clinical Program ManagerPosition SummaryThe Clinical Program Manager provides leadership, oversight, and coordination for clinical programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. This role is responsible for program operations, clinical quality, staff development, regulatory compliance, and achievement of program goals and outcomes.The Clinical Program Manager works closely with clinical staff, organizational leadership, community partners, and other stakeholders to ensure services are effective, consistent, compliant, and responsive to the needs of the individuals served.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClinical Program LeadershipProvide day-to-day leadership and oversight of assigned clinical programs and services.Ensure services are delivered in accordance with organizational policies, clinical standards, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.Support implementation of evidence-based and best-practice approaches to service delivery.Monitor program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective or improvement initiatives.Promote a person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach to care.Staff Supervision and DevelopmentSupervise, coach, and support clinical and program staff as assigned.Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development.Facilitate individual and team supervision, case consultation, and staff meetings as appropriate.Establish clear performance expectations and provide timely feedback.Promote teamwork, accountability, professional development, and a positive workplace culture.Quality and ComplianceMonitor clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, quality, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.Support quality assurance and continuous quality improvement activities.Assist with internal and external audits, licensing reviews, accreditation activities, and corrective action plans.Ensure staff understand and follow applicable policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.Identify clinical, operational, and safety risks and escalate concerns appropriately.Program OperationsCoordinate program workflows, staffing needs, service capacity, scheduling, and other operational requirements.Monitor program performance indicators, service utilization, productivity, and outcomes.Analyze program data and prepare reports for organizational leadership and other stakeholders.Collaborate with leadership to establish program goals, priorities, and improvement strategies.Support responsible use of program resources and assist with budget monitoring as assigned.Care Coordination and CollaborationPromote effective coordination of services across clinical teams and community partners.Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, funders, and other stakeholders.Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and complex case consultations as needed.Assist with resolving service barriers, clinical concerns, and escalated client or stakeholder issues.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health fieldActive Ohio licensure required (LISW, LPCC, Supervisory designation or willingness to obtain with agency support)Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferredDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesStrong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in community-based or school-based behavioral healthStrong networking, outreach, and community relationship-building skillsExperience mentoring, supporting, or informally leading other cliniciansInterest in program development, service expansion, and leadership growthKnowledge of trauma-informed care and community mental health systemsWhat This Role OffersOpportunity to take ownership of a growing service areaAbility to help shape how services are delivered within the communityMeaningful involvement in expansion and program development effortsSupport from clinical leadership while maintaining autonomy in day-to-day workOpportunity to build strong community relationships and create lasting impactA supportive agency culture focused on teamwork, resilience, growth, and connection #J-18808-Ljbffr Pathway Caring for Children
