Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, game rules, promotions, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate any complex issues that arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends, gaming regulations, and company policies to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Swedish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the iGaming or entertainment sectors, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
