To support facilities operations and capital improvement projects, the remote Facilities Procurement Specialist will manage supplier relationships, prepare and issue Requests for Proposal, and oversee the procurement process for facilities goods and services, requiring candidates to be located in the East Coast or Central time zone. Key responsibilities Manage suppliers and teammates to support facilities operations and maintenance projects Prepare Requests for Proposal and perform price analyses to develop negotiation strategies Lead the procurement process from requisition creation through final payment of invoices Required qualifications Knowledge and experience in procurement and supplier management within facilities or MRO categories Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Experience negotiating and managing various contract types, including Firm Fixed Price and service-based agreements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous environment
