This is more than a job – this is a chance to make a real difference.What You'll Do:Get the Best Training: Start with a two-week clinical orientation to learn everything you need to succeed – from key procedures to our EMR system, safety protocols, and compassionate care.Be the Expert: Assess patients with complex health needs, develop personalized care plans, and ensure the best outcomes.Make a Connection: Educate and guide patients and families through their healthcare journey – helping them understand their conditions and the path to better health.Collaborate for Success: Work closely with a team of VNA clinicians and external providers to ensure seamless care and optimal results for every patient.Document with Purpose: Record and track changes in patient conditions, updating care plans to reflect their progress and needs.QualificationsWhat We're Looking for in You:Registered Nurse (RN) with a bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).1+ year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (bonus points if you have experience in homecare!).Strong verbal and written communication skills – you'll be guiding and educating patients and families.Proficient with technology – navigating EMR systems and using digital tools to enhance patient care.A reliable car and valid driver's license – you'll be traveling to patient homes, so your own transportation is key.Physical Demands/Working Conditions:Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors while using clinical equipment.Comfortable using a phone, computer, and other digital tools to stay connected with your team and patients.You'll be making a direct impact through client and customer contact, so your presence is invaluable.Ready to Move Healthcare Forward?
