The Rise Collective is seeking a highly motivated Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing technology team.

This role is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining websites, web applications, mobile applications, desktop software, internal business systems, customer portals, automation tools, and AI-powered solutions across our portfolio of brands.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on building and launching products.

You will work closely with our AI Enablement & Data Workflow Architect, who identifies business opportunities, maps workflows, gathers requirements, and defines desired outcomes. Your responsibility will be translating those concepts, specifications, and wireframes into secure, scalable, production-ready software solutions.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a public-facing marketing website, a mobile application, an internal operations platform, or a custom software solution that automates business processes.

This is an end-to-end product development role involving every phase of the software lifecycle, including research, technical architecture, wireframing, development, testing, deployment, cloud infrastructure management, performance optimization, security, and ongoing maintenance.

This role serves as the primary technical builder for The Rise Collective.

Working alongside leadership, operations teams, marketing teams, designers, and the AI Enablement & Data Workflow Architect, you will independently execute the development, deployment, and maintenance of:

• St. Petersburg, Florida (Hybrid Preferred – 4 Days In Office / 1 Day Remote)

• Ability to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate client and project needs, as well as team members and projects in multiple time zones.

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain websites, web applications, mobile applications, desktop applications, and internal software systems
• Build products from concept through launch, including technical planning, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, user-friendly software solutions
• Develop custom software platforms that improve operational efficiency across hospitality, marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams
• Build internal dashboards, reporting systems, workflow tools, and business applications
• Develop mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Create customer-facing platforms, booking tools, membership portals, and digital experiences
• Evaluate business processes and recommend software solutions, automation opportunities, and technical improvements

• Design, develop, launch, and maintain responsive websites across company brands
• Build websites from initial wireframes and mockups through deployment and launch
• Manage website hosting, DNS configurations, SSL certificates, domains, performance optimization, and maintenance
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, accessibility, and conversion performance
• Implement analytics, tracking systems, and reporting tools

• Architect scalable software solutions that support multiple brands and business units
• Build and maintain APIs and system integrations
• Integrate property management systems, booking engines, payment processors, CRM platforms, marketing systems, and third-party applications
• Design and maintain secure data flows between systems
• Support AI-powered applications and workflow automation initiatives

• Deploy and maintain applications within secure cloud environments
• Design and manage AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure
• Implement security best practices, authentication systems, access controls, and encryption standards
• Monitor application performance, uptime, reliability, and scalability
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term improvements

• Work cross-functionally with leadership, operations, marketing, design, and technology teams
• Participate in project planning, technical reviews, and solution design discussions
• Document systems, architecture decisions, workflows, and deployment processes
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development best practices
• Continuously improve existing systems and identify opportunities for innovation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or full-stack development experience
• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying production web applications
• 2+ years of experience developing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android
• Demonstrated portfolio of launched websites, web applications, mobile applications, desktop software, or internal business systems
• Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, PHP, .NET, Java, or similar technologies
• Experience with Swift/SwiftUI, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, or equivalent mobile development frameworks
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or similar version control platforms
• Experience deploying and maintaining production software environments
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with website hosting, domain management, DNS configuration, SSL certificates, and deployment environments
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision

• Experience developing and deploying applications within secure cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience architecting and managing cloud-hosted infrastructure with a focus on security, scalability, reliability, and performance
• Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, IAM, ECS, and VPC networking
• Experience implementing security best practices including role-based access controls (RBAC), encryption, secure API authentication, network security, and compliance standards
• Experience deploying and maintaining production applications using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
• Experience with React Native, Flutter, Electron, or similar cross-platform frameworks
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using Figma or similar design tools
• Familiarity with AI-powered applications, workflow automation platforms, and agent-based systems
• Hospitality industry experience including hotels, vacation rentals, travel, restaurants, or service businesses
• Experience working with Guesty, Cloudbeds, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, OpenTable, or similar platforms
• Experience developing booking engines, loyalty programs, membership platforms, guest portals, or customer-facing hospitality software
