Accountant for AI Model Training [Remote]

In this role, you''ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare, audit, and evaluate financial statements, offering critical insights for ongoing improvements.
• Advise on and install systems for recording costs, financial, and budgetary data to support organizational transparency.
• Provide guidance on complex taxation issues, leveraging in-depth knowledge of tax codes and compliance standards.
• Review and improve current accounting procedures and documentation for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the customer''s team through clear, professional written and verbal communication to solve intricate financial challenges.
• Contribute expert-level insights to AI training processes by sharing scenario-based knowledge and best practices from real-world accounting and auditing experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Economics and Accounting principles, Taxation, Law and Government regulations.
• Extensive experience in preparing, analyzing, and auditing financial statements.
• Proven expertise in establishing or improving cost recording and budgetary systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Relevant job title experience such as CPA, Cost Accountant, Financial Auditor, General Accountant, Internal Auditor, or Revenue Tax Specialist.

• Experience collaborating on projects for AI training or data-driven system improvements.
• Advanced knowledge of international accounting standards and multi-jurisdictional tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation in financial processes.

Contract position with remote work flexibility.

Hourly rate ranging from $40 to $95.

Open to candidates with relevant qualifications and experience.
